It was later incorporated as a private limited company in the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) in Bangladesh in 2000. It is one of the leading full-service brokerage house of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited with a diverse clientele of retail investors, high net worth individuals and institutions.
